My story is about a young girl who was constantly told that she would never be enough. My voice became public on The Dr Oz Show in March 2012. I have fought through, not only your traditional "coming of age" difficulties, but a heart wrenching road of eating disorders, addiction, homelessness, and losing a sibling to suicide. One day, I had an awakening- the first of many. I woke up one day thirsty, but not for the alcohol. I was thirsty for a power greater than myself. At that moment, I knew that this couldn't be how my story ends. And, to my surprise, it proved to only be the beginning.

Now, I am a life coach who specializes in women’s empowerment and addiction recovery. I have the privilege to help others who are ready to break their chains and live a life beyond their wildest dreams🌻
